Our Story

The story of TCI began with a leap of faith and a deep respect for family values.

TCI’s legacy is founded upon resilience and vision, led by Don DiValerio, who transformed a small family-owned construction business in the late 1980s. By introducing the commercial interiors division, Don redefined the company, setting the stage for its growth and success. Today, under the leadership of President and Principal Bob Tracy, TCI continues to build on the strong foundation Don established by maintaining the close-knit, familial atmosphere that defined the company from its start. As we continue to grow and take on larger projects, TCI remains driven by the same principles of trust, respect, and a commitment to quality that have defined our journey from the start.
